About the course

The prestigious Master of Accounting will enable you to obtain a university qualification that satisfies the accreditation requirements to commence the professional papers offered by CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). In addition, you?ll complete advanced units in financial and management accounting, management control systems, information systems, business ethics and taxation to prepare you for a wide range of accounting roles.

How to apply

Entry requirements for Macquarie University

Master of Accounting

　　AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent, or

　　AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent, and minimum two years relevant approved work experience, professional certification or other recognised prior learning

　　Master of Actuarial Practice

　　AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification or recognised equivalent (which includes a minimum of one unit of Mathematics covering calculus and linear algebra) with a WAM of 65

　　or

　　AQF level 7 bachelor's qualification in a related field or recognised equivalent with a WAM of 60
