About the course

This programme was developed in partnership with industry representative associations and leading practitioners from the food, leisure and business tourism sectors. You’ll study a range of business and cultural topics and develop essential business skills in tourism, gastronomy, innovation, enterprise, communication, IT, teamwork and problem-solving. One of our core pathways is all about your personal development, creating your core competencies to enable you to flourish in a service innovation-based economy. You can choose to study a language or, if you prefer, another exciting business-related module.
